What is Health Foundations Coaching?

Our coaching program was developed over Dr. Farrell’s 25 years of working with the interconnectedness of all aspects of health. Starting with your desired future health and fitness in mind, we will create a comprehensive, customized plan for you. You’ll get straightforward steps to improve your health from the inside out, from postural adjustments, to exercise plans, to nutritional guidance.

We focus on four major areas:

01) Bedrock Coaching

Headspace drives our actions. When you create bedrock-solid certainty about who you want to be, your actions are energized and gain valuable meaning.

02) Structure

Bodies get bent, twisted, and squashed. This can lead to a variety of seemingly unrelated health problems, from knee pain, to heart complications, to digestive pain, and more.

We will:

Address how your structure works and how that affects your health.

Adjust bones that are pulled into positions that your body can’t self-correct.

Fix posture that could be adversely affecting your nerves, organs, vascular system, or muscles.
